Founder

Mark is the founder and principle of Calibrated Resources.

His 25 year career as a senior sales and marketing executive with IBM, Oracle and Red Hat gives Calibrated a unique perspective when actively seeking the best candidate for and partnering with their IT industry clients, going well beyond what most agencies offer. 

Mark’s ability to articulate his client message and effectively bring the most accomplished talent to them for consideration has garnered him an excellent reputation and many longstanding business relationships. 

Mark is a graduate of Newberry College and holds a BA in Business Administration, a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity, Past Board of Directors member with Habitat for Humanity and an active Rotarian as well as other non-profit organizations.
